Oh how much my players loathe this monster – the Mind Flayer. Or “Bathalian” in Reaper’s Bones lineup. Here he comes with three Intellect Devourers aka “Mind Eaters” and a couple of shadow tentacles.

There are complex miniatures that are difficult to paint and there’s the opposite of that. The Reaper Bones Stone Golem (77171) absolutely falls into the latter category. With almost exclusively using drybrushing, this mini only took an hour.
What the heck, I just post another dragon. Two, actually. These Reaper Bones Young Fire Dragons (77026) were used without their wings to resemble Guard Drakes. I used them for a long time just in black and white, but now the are finally finished.
Time for another dragon! I converted one of the two Medium Copper Dragons (#20 Blood War Set) from WizKids into a green dragon a couple of months ago. The other one was just repainted again as a Copper Dragon.
Finally, a real dragon! Meet Glazhael, the Cloudchaser – A mature White Dragon living in the ice caves beneath Skyreach Castle. I used the Reaper Bones Silver Dragon from the 2nd Kickstarter as his miniature.

One of the villains in the Tyranny of Dragons storyline is Rezmir, the black wyrmspeaker. She’s a black half-dragon and wields a legendary greatsword. Luckily, there’s a miniature for her from GaleForce9.
I’m pretty proud of these: Upgraded and repainted ogres (#025) from the the Elemental Evil miniature series from WizKids. I readjusted their poses, used green stuff and various bits to vary their appearance and armor.
Today, I present you with an Emerald Claw Soldier (WizKids Abberrations #30) repainted as Captain Othelstan from Hoard of the Dragon Queen. He’s accompanied by two Axe Soldiers (War Drums #04) as his personal Cult of the Dragon bodyguards.

As my players progressed in the story of the HotDQ adventure, they met one of the cult’s leaders. Talis the White is a great NPC, being a priestress of Tiamat and wearing a white dragonscale armor. There’s a miniature from GaleForce9 for her I used.
In yet another repaint I used the Half-Elf Hexblade (Aberrations #33) miniature from WizKids to create a villain for my current D&D campaign. Balmorrer Borngrey leads the Cult of the Dragons attempts in the Mere of Dead Men.
